CRYSTASEAL is a one-component MS polymer mastics that is powerful, versatile, and eco-friendly for all waterproofing and bonding work involving a wide range of materials including metals such as galvanized, chrome, and painted steel, aluminum (uncoated, anodized), brass, copper, glass, fiberglass, wood, concrete, and many rigid plastics. It is designed for industrial bonding applications (assembly of insulated panels, vibration-resistant bonding and sealing on steel, aluminum, wood, fiberglass, and other plastic and painted surfaces), elastic, structural, automotive, transportation (buses, caravans, refrigerated vehicles, containers), and marine applications, where a robust, flexible rubber-like, mixed adhesive is required

Properties:

• Odorless, Styable, Versatile, No Primer.
• Water resistant, Can be used underwater
• Flexible at temperatures ranging from -40°C to 90°C
• No bubble formation
• Resistance to strong mechanical/dynamic stresses – shocks/anti-shocks
• Neutral behavior, does not attack support surfaces
• Dampens vibrations and sounds
• Resists weather conditions, UV rays, color stability
• Maybe wet-on-wet with a lot of water or solvent-based paints.
• Water resistant, diluted alkalies, detergents, hard water, and mold
