• Excellent resistance to hydrolysis, ozone, UV, and solar radiation
• Resistant to microorganisms, ensuring its stability in constant contact with water/humidity, seawater, wastewater, etc.
• Waterproof but allows vapor transmission, unlike other materials such as polymer fabrics, butyls, EPDM, and PVC, thereby reducing the risk of moisture buildup in the substrate.
• Resists salt water, alkaline solutions, oil, acids that are not strong, acid rain, etc.
• High crack resistance: due to the high elasticity of the membrane.
• Excellent adhesion on all types of surfaces
• Excellent resistance to impact and abrasion.
