MASTERFLOW 928 is a ready-to-use, high-quality cement-based product with selected natural aggregates and specific chemical additives. It provides a non-slumping, highly fluid mortar.

SCOPE

• Sealants, precision fitments in industry: turbo-generators, paper machines, generators, compressors, steelmaking machines, handling equipment, nuclear equipment.
• In building and public works:

anchoring of shims, groutings, formwork repairs, screeding, connections of prefabricated elements, grouting of rebars, grouting of columns.

Properties

• Initial and final very high mechanical resistances.
• No bleeding; no shrinkage.
• Quick preparation and placement.
• Can be used at all consistencies, from firm mortar to very fluid slurry.
• Pumpable slurry with high bond strength to steel and concrete.
• No segregation when pumped.
• Impermeable.
• Free of chlorides.
• Free of metallic particles.
• Extremely long-lasting.
• Good fluidity after 1 h 30, at 35°C, in slurry consistency.
• Chemically stable product, its pH close to 12 is passivating.
