SikaGrout 234 DZ

Ready-to-use hydraulic mortar. After mixing with water, a fluid mortar with compensated shrinkage is obtained. It contains recycled raw materials in place of part of the Portland cement to reduce environmental impact (carbon footprint). Compliant with standards NF EN 1504-6, Reinforcement Bar Fixing in Reinforced Concrete and P 18-821, Hydraulic Binding Agents Base Products. Unloaded application thickness: 12 to 250 mm per pass.

• Sealing of anchor bolts or reinforcing bars.
• Precision sealing of industrial equipment subjected to shocks or vibrations.
• Sealing of railroad tracks or bridge girders.
• Turbine alignment, alternators, compressors, generators, machine tools.
• Erection of girders or construction of pier caps for bridges.
• Assembly of prefabricated metal, reinforced concrete, or prestressed concrete elements.
• Suitable for environments XC1 to 4, XD1 to 3, XS1 to 3, XF1 and XF3, XA1 to 3, as defined in standard EN 206.
